Revopoint MetroY Pro is a powerful wireless 3D scanner that combines multi-line blue laser and structured light technologies for high-precision scanning of objects ranging from small parts to medium-sized industrial components.

Scanning Technology
MetroY Pro stands out with its unique combination of technologies. The device offers five scanning modes, making it an exceptionally versatile tool. Three modes operate using multi-line lasers: 34 cross lines for rapid data capture, 15 parallel lines for precise scanning of complex geometry, and a single laser line for working with deep holes and crevices. Additionally, the device features two structured light modes with 62 lines for fast scanning and an automatic turntable mode.
Accuracy and Speed
The scanner delivers impressive accuracy with single-frame precision up to 0.02 mm and volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.04 mm × L (where L is the object length). Data capture speeds reach 1.7 million points per second in laser mode and 7 million points per second in structured light mode, significantly accelerating the workflow.
Working Flexibility
Wireless Connectivity
One of the most notable features is wireless scanning via Wi-Fi 6. This function allows free movement around the object while monitoring the process in real time on a computer or mobile device screen. The system instantly displays blind spots and data gaps, enabling immediate correction.
Working Parameters
The working distance is 200-400 mm, with a field of view of 49° × 38°. The device can scan objects ranging from miniature 10 × 10 × 10 mm to large components of 1 × 1 × 1 m. The scanner weighs only 450 grams, making it comfortable for extended use.

Color Scanning
The built-in 2-megapixel RGB camera captures surface textures and colors, creating realistic 3D models. Data can be integrated with Revo Measure software for precise measurements and professional report generation.
Temperature Monitoring
To maintain stable scanning accuracy, the device is equipped with highly sensitive temperature sensors that track temperature fluctuations in real time and compensate for possible deviations.
Surface Versatility
The blue laser light allows scanning of complex surfaces without special preparation: flat, shiny, or black surfaces can be captured without using scanning spray.
Software
MetroY Pro works with free Revo Metro software, which supports Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. The program offers an intuitive four-step 3D model creation process: parameter settings, data capture, automatic point cloud processing, and editing. Export is available in PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF, and FBX formats, ensuring compatibility with most professional software.
For more complex tasks, integration with Revo Design (for reverse engineering) and Revo Measure (for metrological quality control) is available.
