Surphaser 100HSX-SR 3D scanner for uncompromising accuracy and detail
Get the highest resolution and accuracy in 3D scanning of large objects with the 3D scanner Surphaser 100HSX-SR. It is the shortest range hemispherical scanner in the entire Sruphaser lineup, measuring using phase shift with a 360°*270° field of view.
By rotating in two planes (360° horizontally and 270° vertically), the scanner projects a laser beam onto a 45-degree mirror that directs the beam into space. The 100HSX-SR is capable of projecting up to 90 beams at a 1° angle. Reflected off the surface of the scanned object, the beam is returned and picked up by the scanner's sensor, which measures the distance to the object by phase shift. The data is read at a speed of 208,000 pixels per second and with an accuracy of 0.025 mm. There is a color scanning option. The laser is Class 3R.
Features
The 100HSX-SR outperforms all analogs on the market by offering:
- Short range of 1.0 - 7.0 m, submillimeter measurement accuracy with scanning speeds of up to 1 million dots per second.
- Unprecedented accuracy - sub-millimeter measurement accuracy at a distance of 1-7 meters.
- Incredible detail - the ability to project up to 90 laser beams per 1 degree of angle, providing dense, high-quality data.
- Speed - scans up to 800 thousand pixels per second and quickly digitizes complex objects in minutes.
- Compact and lightweight - easy to transport and install, fits in hand luggage.
- Autonomy - built-in controller and batteries allow you to work without a laptop and power outlet.
- Easy Wi-Fi connection for flexible control.
- Durable - withstands the rigors of industrial and outdoor environments.
- Color scanning - 60-megapixel camera for realistic texture and detail.
- Software - Exports data to standard formats for compatibility with popular processing programs.
- Automatic label recognition - for seamlessly merging multiple scans.
- Quick pre-scanning. Identify areas of interest to save time.
- Built-in scan controller and 2 14 V, 90 Wh lithium-ion batteries, each providing 1.5 to 2 hours of operation, allow you to work without a laptop and main power supply.
- The two models - short range (SR) and mid-range (IR) - are ideal for high-precision applications.
