OptimScan-5M Plus is a high-precision metrological system of three-dimensional inspection and control with a narrow-band blue light source and a system of advanced industrial lenses with a high resolution of 5 MP. The scanner provides the best detail during scanning and smooth data quality. It has three sets of high-resolution industrial lenses, which are used according to the object of different sizes, making this scanning system even more flexible and adaptable. It is widely used in reverse engineering, quality inspection and quality control.
Metrological 3D control system
- High resolution. Three 5-megapixel high-resolution cameras and 1080P projection were used to obtain high-precision features.
- High accuracy of 5 microns. The accuracy of one shot can reach 0.005mm, the scanner provides the function of environmental vibration detection and effectively ensures high data quality and accuracy.
- Various scanning ranges. The system implements different scanning ranges by disabling different lenses to provide better scanning performance. Different lenses have the same working distance without manual adjustment.
