EinScan Rigil Hybrid 3D Scanner – 3 Scanning Modes
The EinScan Rigil Hybrid 3D Scanner is the world's first triple-mode laser 3D scanner with a built-in computer, touch screen, and the ability to operate completely autonomously.
It combines powerful hardware components and advanced data capture technologies, allowing for professional scanning both in a workshop environment and outdoors.

Features of EinScan Rigil
Two Light Sources
- Blue cross laser lines are used for high-speed scanning, providing performance and flexibility. Parallel laser lines are used for fine details and ensure consistently high-quality results.
- Infrared VCSEL laser is used for scanning medium and large-sized objects.

Three Operating Modes
- Standalone – autonomous operation without a PC, with data processing directly on the device.
- Wireless PC – Wi-Fi 6 connection to a powerful PC for scanning large models.
- Wired PC – stable USB-C connection when maximum bandwidth is required.

Hybrid Light Source and Laser Scanning Modes
Blue Laser HD Mode
- 19+19 crossed + 7 parallel laser lines (405–450 nm)
- Speed: up to 4,400,000 points/s (crossed) and 940,000 points/s (parallel)
- Resolution from 0.05 mm to 10 mm, accuracy 0.04 + 0.06 mm/m
- Working distance: 170–550 mm
IR Rapid Mode (Infrared VCSEL)
- Speed up to 1,600,000 points/s
- Resolution 0.2–10 mm, accuracy 0.1 + 0.3 mm/m
- Range: 160–1500 mm
Dynamic Laser Switching allows you to change modes directly during the scanning process, combining data for the maximum balance of speed and detail.

Marker-Free Technology and Material Adaptation
Marker-free: the intelligent tracing algorithm uses a laser+IR hybrid for accurate registration, which reduces preparation time and improves data quality.
Scanning complex surfaces: handles black, shiny, and metallic objects without the need for matte sprays.
Reliability in sunlight: thanks to VCSEL and laser, it maintains accuracy in bright outdoor lighting up to 90,000 lux.

Full-Color Texture
The 5-MP camera captures high-quality color texture, which is important for designers, architects, artists, and visualization specialists.
