3D scanner Surphaser 410HSX

Hemispherical 3D scanner Surphaser 410HSX

The Surphaser 410HSX hemispherical long-range 3D scanner is the most accurate long-range hemispherical scanner on the market with a scanning range of 0.4 to 70 meters.

By rotating in two planes (360° horizontally and 270° vertically), the scanner projects a laser beam onto a 45-degree mirror that directs the beam into space. The 410HSX is capable of projecting up to 360 beams at a 1° angle. Reflected off the surface of the scanned object, the beam is returned and picked up by the scanner's sensor.  The distance to the object is measured by the scanner based on the phase shift. The data is read at a speed of up to 832,000 pixels per second and with an accuracy of 0.025 mm. There is a color scanning option. Laser class 1.

Long-range 3D scanner 410HSX

  • Long range of 0.4 - 70 m.
  • Deep submillimeter (0.06 - 0.3 mm) noise level at a distance of 0.4 - 30 m.
  • Easy to install and transport. Lightweight 6 kg, fits in a carry-on case, approved for most domestic airlines.
  • Portable and wireless. Two 14V, 49 Wh Li-Ion batteries, each providing about 1 hour of operation. Wi-Fi connection.
  • Class 1 laser.
  • Scanning speed up to 832,000 pixels per second.
  • Ruggedized design for use in harsh industrial and outdoor environments.
  • Built-in scan controller allows you to directly control the scanner and collect data without a laptop.
  • Two built-in 5 Mp cameras; software for automatic display of color data.
