Hemispherical 3D scanner with a short radius Surphaser 75HSX

Introducing the precision 3D scanner Surphaser 75HSX, which is a hemispherical scanner with a short range (0.25 - 2.5 m). This is an industrial stationary scanner that is convenient to use at large facilities. It measures the distance to an object by phase shift and creates digital copies of objects with submillimeter accuracy, high resolution, and high data quality.

This model of scanner makes it possible to scan in very confined spaces for reverse engineering, documentation, or inspection purposes.

By rotating in two planes (360° horizontally and 270° vertically), the scanner emits a laser beam onto a 45-degree mirror that directs it into space. The 75HSX is capable of projecting up to 90 beams per 1° angle. Reflected from the surface of the scanned object, the beam is returned and picked up by a sensor that measures the distance to the object by phase shift. The data is read at a speed of 208,000 pixels per second and with an accuracy of 0.025 mm. There is a color scanning option. Class 3R laser.

The Surphaser 75HSX is the ideal choice for professionals who require the highest accuracy and versatility in 3D scanning.
