Short-range hemispherical 3D scanner Surphaser 80HSX
Introducing the Surphaser 80HSX short-range industrial 3D scanner (0.25 - 7.0 m). This hemispherical measuring device quickly collects data on the geometry of large objects at a distance of up to 7 meters. The Class 1 laser with a wavelength of 1550 nm measures the distance to the object by phase shift and records the data with submillimeter accuracy. This provides unmatched accuracy, high resolution and data quality. It is used in industrial applications to quickly scan and create accurate three-dimensional copies of large objects in tight spaces.
By rotating in two planes (360° horizontally and 270° vertically), the scanner projects a laser beam onto a 45-degree mirror that directs it into the surrounding space. The 80HSX is capable of projecting up to 360 beams at a 1° angle. Reflected off the surface of the scanned object, the beam is returned and picked up by the scanner's sensor, which measures the distance to the object by phase shift. The data is read at a speed of up to 208,000 pixels per second and with an accuracy of 0.025 mm. There is a color scanning option. Class 1 laser.
