AESUB Violet 3D Scanning Spray – Key to Perfect Results
AESUB Violet 3D scanning spray will help expand the possibilities of creating high-quality scans from complex surfaces. The product is developed by experts in the field of 3D scanning. It is created to solve key tasks of 3D metrology and ensure maximum efficiency of the digitization process.
Advantages of using AESUB violet spray
AESUB violet is designed to simplify and improve the quality of 3D scanning.
Spray for 3D scanning of large surfaces
AESUB is ideal for large-scale projects and automated systems. You no longer need time-consuming cleaning of objects after scanning.
Thin and uniform surface coating
The spray provides a thin and uniform coating without pigments. This is especially important when working in sensitive environments such as laboratories and production workshops, where cleanliness is paramount.

3D scanning without surface contamination by pigments
AESUB violet protects your equipment from contamination caused by the settling of pigmented matting agents.
Saving time and resources
Using AESUB violet allows you to significantly increase productivity. You no longer need to spend time and money on transporting external matting objects to the scanner. The preparation process for scanning becomes faster and simpler.
Areas of application of AESUB Violet 3D scanning spray
AESUB violet finds wide application in various fields where high-precision 3D scanning is required:
- Scanning glossy surfaces: Eliminates unwanted reflections when working with metal or polished parts.
- Scanning transparent objects: Provides matting of glass, plastic and other transparent materials for correct data.
- Detailed objects: Helps to scan complex geometric shapes and small elements without loss of accuracy.
- Archaeology and restoration: Creates a uniform matte surface on fragile artifacts for non-contact digitization.
- Industrial application: Increases the accuracy of measurements during quality control of parts.
AESUB violet is a modern and effective solution for professionals who value quality and speed of 3D scanning. By choosing AESUB violet, you invest in the accuracy and cleanliness of your workflow.

How to use AESUB Violet?
The simplicity of using AESUB violet does not require special skills.
Preparation: Make sure the object's surface is clean and dry. Remove any dust or dirt if necessary.
Application: Shake the spray can. Spray AESUB violet from a distance of 15-20 cm using a spray gun. For optimal results, it is recommended to use guns with a nozzle diameter of 1 mm or more, for example, the AESUB cordless spray gun. Gradually apply the spray to the entire surface to be scanned. Move the gun smoothly back and forth to ensure a uniform coating.
Scanning: After the AESUB violet layer is completely dry, you can start scanning the object. If necessary, control marks can be attached to the treated surface.
Completion: The applied layer of AESUB violet will evaporate on its own within a few hours (usually 2-4 hours, depending on environmental conditions). No additional cleaning is required after scanning.
