1. General provisions
1.1. These Rules for the Return of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) regulate the procedure for the return and exchange of goods purchased in the online store 3dscanner.com.ua, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
1.2. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” (hereinafter - the “Law”), the Civil Code of Ukraine and other regulations.
2. Return of goods of good quality
2.1. In accordance with Part 1 of Art. 9 of the Law, the Buyer has the right to return the goods of good quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, if the goods have not been used, its presentation, seals, labels and complete set are preserved, as well as the available payment document.
3. Return of goods of inadequate quality (warranty case)
3.1 If the purchased Goods are defective or have a manufacturing defect, the Buyer has the right to warranty service, repair or refund in accordance with the terms of the Law.
3.2. To initiate a return or repair, the Buyer must provide:
- the goods in a complete set;
- payment document (check or invoice);
- warranty card (if provided by the manufacturer);
- a written statement indicating the defect.
3.3 Diagnostics of the malfunction shall be carried out at an authorized service center. In case of confirmation of a manufacturing defect, the goods are subject to repair, exchange or refund.
3.4 If the defect was the result of improper use, the goods are not subject to return, and repairs can be made at the expense of the Buyer.
4. Return procedure
4.1 To initiate the return procedure, the Buyer must contact the support service of the online store using the contact details indicated on the website or by filling out the form on this page.
4.2. The goods are sent at the expense of the Buyer, unless otherwise provided by the terms of warranty service.
4.3. Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made, within 7 working days after confirmation of the right to return.
