MetroX Handheld 3D Scanner for Indoor Use
The Revopoint MetroX Handheld 3D Scanner is a high-precision 3D scanner that is equally well suited for both experienced professionals and novice users. It is designed for scanning small to medium-sized objects in indoor spaces. The device combines two modern technologies: multi-line laser scanning and structured light scanning.
Powerful high-precision scanner Revopoint MetroX at an affordable price
Revopoint MetroX uses advanced optical technologies and solutions:
- 14 intersecting blue laser lines.
- 7 parallel blue laser lines.
- 62 lines of structured blue light on the full screen.
- This combination provides high accuracy and scanning speed, making MetroX ideal for complex tasks.
- The scanner offers four operating modes, each suitable for specific scenarios.
- Metrology-grade accuracy: 0.03 mm.
- Volumetric accuracy: up to 0.03 mm + 0.1 mm × L (m).
- Operating speed: up to 7,000,000 pixels per second in structured light mode and up to 800,000 pixels per second when using a multi-line laser.

Automatic scanning with turntable
Revopoint MetroX supports automatic scanning mode using a turntable. This feature is especially useful when creating color 3D models with high detail.

Revopoint MetroX Light Sources and Their Capabilities
The scanner uses three types of light sources that provide flexibility and high performance:
- Cross Lines: 14 blue laser lines. Scanning speed – up to 800,000 pixels per second.
- Parallel Lines: 7 powerful laser lines, ideal for capturing objects.
- Full-Screen Structured Light: Up to 7 million points per second using 62 lines.

3D handheld scanner MetroX: high speed
MetroX provides unrivaled performance. The scanning speed reaches 7,000,000 points per second in full-field structured light mode. In laser mode, the speed is up to 800,000 pixels per second, making it a versatile solution for various tasks.
Advantages of the turntable
The two-axis turntable allows scanning in just a few steps. The integration function with the Revo Scan software ensures synchronization of the scanner and the software, simplifying the process.

High scanning accuracy
Revopoint MetroX guarantees metrological grade accuracy. Accuracy rates reach 0.01 mm and 0.03 mm under ideal laboratory conditions. Therefore, you can buy a handheld 3D scanner for both professional and amateur use.
Flexible capture area
The scanner offers two capture areas, which allows you to adapt the scanning process to the size of the object:
320 x 215 mm by 400 mm.
Working with problem surfaces
For objects with shiny, black, transparent or mirror surfaces, it is recommended to use a special scanning spray. This is especially important when working in structured light and laser modes.
Additional functions and markers
To speed up the process, you can use volumetric marker blocks. They are ideal for scanning objects without clear textures or details.

Revo Scan 5 Software
Revo Scan 5 offers a wide range of features, including:
- Point cloud creation.
- Grid construction.
- Data editing and merging.
- Import results into popular formats.
- Controls and additional features
The scanner is equipped with four physical buttons for easy control. The HD RGB camera provides realistic color scanning, transmitting shades with high accuracy.
