KSCAN Magic scanning options
KSCAN Magic has impressive scanning options that significantly optimize 3D measurement workflows and accelerate time-to-market:

- Depth of field 925 mm.
KSCAN Magic can be used in conjunction with the K-Probe portable test measuring machine (PMM) for measuring the geometry of hard-to-reach or complex surfaces. It provides a complete digital solution for precision measurements.
Scanning modes
KSCAN Magic uses a unique technology that combines two sets of high-precision industrial cameras, so it can work in 5 modes:
- Large surfaces scanning using an infrared laser.
- Fast scanning with blue lasers cross.
- Precise scanning with blue parallel laser lines.
- Deep scanning of holes and depressions of the surface with one blue laser line.
- Built-in photogrammetry system.
Innovative infrared laser
The metrological 3D scanner KSCAN Magic uses an infrared laser for large-format 3D scanning. The maximum scanning frame size reaches an impressive 1440 × 860 mm, which allows you to quickly perform accurate 3D measurements.
Easy and efficient scanning
KSCAN Magic provides an ultra-high scanning speed of up to 1,350,000 dots/s, speeding up the workflow from setup to scan. With flexible switching of scanning modes, including photogrammetry, it meets the needs of different applications, greatly increasing work efficiency.
Incredibly sharp detail
In ultra-fine scanning mode, the KSCAN Magic inspection 3D scanner accurately obtains complete data on the surface of complex objects, easily capturing every detail with a resolution of 0.010 mm.
Scanning with one laser line
One laser line scanning mode precisely and quickly captures the three-dimensional geometry of deep holes and blind corners.
Measurements for non-destructive testing
A scanning accuracy of 0.020 mm with volumetric accuracy of 0.03 mm/m provides ultra-high precise non-destructive testing for industries like aerospace, shipbuilding, automotive, oil and gas, etc.
